Concept Maps Assignment
Step 1:
Divide up the Projectile Glossary terms between the three team members and have each team member create a notecard for their assigned terms.
On the cards should be the terms and a short description of the meaning.
Step 2:
With the team members sitting together, pull out the cards for concept cluster 1 and place them face up on the table.
Step 3:
As a team, organize the cards into an arrangement showing the relationships between the concepts on the cards.
Step 4:
Invent a title for the concept cluster that describes the category in which the terms belong.
Step 5:
Draw the map and include linking words showing how the concepts are related. Look here for an example of a partial map for concept cluster 1.
Step 6:
Repeat the process for all 9 concept clusters listed below.
